Operations Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Manager to run our Alliance location. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the store, including parts sales, inventory management, scheduling service calls, and assisting customers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone Manage inventory—order, receive, and organize irrigation parts and supplies Coordinate and schedule service calls with customers and technicians Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records Build relationships with customers and vendors Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Support project sales and quoting as skills develop Communicate regularly with the management team on needs and opportunities Qualifications Prior experience in retail operations, ag supply, or irrigation preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively Comfortable using computers for ordering, invoicing, and scheduling Leadership skills and the ability to work independently Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Monday–Friday schedule Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company How to Apply Submit your resume or a brief summary of your experience to rachel@mcallisterirrigation.com or stop by our Gering store to apply in person.
